Worked here as service personal doing all odd jobs. I left here to prepare the opening of Cup of the Day.

6/93 to 11/95 Penny's Kitchen, Sault Ste Marie

8/26/91 to 2/28/93 Freighters Restaurant, Sault Ste. Marie
Management position with various kitchen duties. Last Title Held: Head Pantry Chef. Prepared a meal for President & Mrs. George Bush and Michigan Governor John Engler during a presidential visit to Sault Ste. Marie, on September 6, 1992. Specializing in the making of soups.

6/91 to 8/25/91 Cozy Corners, Barbeau, MI
Management position with full kitchen responsibilities. This was a summer only, second day-time job.

1/6/90 to 6/91 Studebaker's Restaurant, Sault Ste. Marie
Shift supervisor with various kitchen responsibilities. Immediate supervisor: William Benoit
I left both the County Club and Summerset AIS when asked by Mr. Benoit to help him open Studebakers.
I left shortly after the sale to new owners.

5/89 - 8/90 Sault Ste. Marie Country Club, Sault Ste. Marie
Improved various kitchen procedures as quality and portion control, ordering, food preparation, inventory, and scheduling.
This was a summer only, second day-time job while working midnights at the Summerset AIS Home.

Received training from the E.U.P. Mental Health Department to be able to provide direct care to persons with mental and physical disabilities in a home environment. I also did light maintenance work such as minor electrical and plumbing, snow removal, and yard work. Title: Direct Care Worker

Summers of 1984-86, 88-89, 91-92 Archdiocese of Detroit, Detroit
During one week at the beginning of each summer, I do volunteer work with mentally handicapped adults at a camp in Port Huron. My job consists of supervising about two dozen campers, along with the help of another volunteer.

Various kitchen responsibilities, while attending LSSU full-time.

This was a second job during the summer months doing mostly prep work and lunch orders, while attending LSSU.

Independently worked with IBM and Zenith Personal Computers and IBM compatible components and software, in order to develop a catalog program of college diskettes available to the public; provided by work-study department of Financial Aid..

4/85 - 9/86 Armando's Mexican Restaurant, Detroit
Various responsibilities here as cashier, host, scheduling and payroll, and running the carry out counter. Title: Evening Shift Manager I worked here for a high scholl friend's family owned restaurant before heading of to LSSU.

1984 - 1985 Chi-Chi's, Dearborn
Hired in as a dish machine operator, advanced to shift supervisor. Later promoted to number 2-man line cook, and
began to train in as number 1-man line cook. My second "high school job."

1982 - 1983 Porter Station, Detroit
I worked here as a busboy and occasionally did maintenance work. My very first voyage through the employement world.
