These recipes are for you to try and enjoy. If you like them, please let me know. And feel free to pass them along to friends!

Chef Anthony's Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

4 Cups of Hellmann's Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce 
1 Tablespoon of Course Ground Black Pepper
12 ounces of warm, flat Beer (I like to use Michelob Light, or try a Micro Brew)
Mix these together then gently fold in:

2 Cups of crumbled Bleu Cheese

(I used this recipe while employed at a deli in Sault Ste Marie for a couple of years and every one loved it.)

Chef Anthony's Chicken Salad

7 # Chicken breast (diced)
1/2 Cup of Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup of Dried Cherries
1/2 Cup of Golden Raisins
1/2 Cup of Chopped Celery
1 Cup of crushed Nuts, (walnuts, pecans, cashews or what ever you like)

Mix the following ingredient as the dressing:
4 Cups Hellmann's Mayo
2 Tablespoons of low acid Vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of White Pepper
Pour this over the chicken and mix well.

Durkee Hot Sauce Chicken Wings

Straight from the back of the bottle!

10 # of Jumbo Chicken Drummies
1/2 Cup of Butter
1/2 Cup of Hot Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon of dry Basil
1 Tablespoon of dry Italian Dressing Spices
Broil drummies at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain grease from chicken, then toss wings with hot sauce mixture. Bake for another 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
