COMMUNITY SERVICE
Community service comes from the heart. It is done because it is something one believes in. It is an act of returning that which you receive from the community and sharing those resources, both of time and money, with others. Community service ranges from helping an elderly neighbor get their groceries to donating thousands of dollars for a new community recreation building. Most people perform services some where between those two extremes. Cup of the Day, and it's owner Anthony Stackpoole believe strongly in giving back to his community. Without the support of this community, I wouldn't be able to help in the many ways that I do.

We also Recommend these Local Community minded Businesses:
Although this list by no means contains a complete listing of businesses that give back to the community, it is a listing of companies which, I believe, go above and beyond. Please do not be offended if your businesses is not listed. If you notice from this list, almost all small independently owned companies do give back to their communities. Small businesses such as these provide jobs, spur growth, help the economy and build a sense of togetherness within this community. The entire concept of the 'American Dream' begins with ownership and entrepeuaral enterprise.
With this, I ask that when you consider making a purchase, please consider what the business gives back to the community.
